The 13 people arrested at the March, 19, 2012 PLC “Occupy Vandenberg” witness received a surprise mid afternoon, Wednesday, July 18, the day before their arraignment appearance: all were notified that the trespass charges were dropped on recommendation of the Vandenberg AFB Legal Dept. Any victory is always welcomed.
